ELEGANT IVORY WEDDING INVITATIONS

 I was commissioned to design day and evening wedding invitations to complete the bride and grooms elegant wedding theme. Along with this, I also designed a striking Ivory Waterlily Wedding Ring Pillow, which complemented beautifully with the invitations.

The bride requested an elegant feel to the invitations that incorporated a single crystal on a ribbon, which is also reflected on her wedding dress. The silver foil text was printed on an oyster pearl card, then mounted on a matching ivory board. Each invite was then finished with a tiny gem and pearl stone. I'm so pleased with the finished result, and look forward to the photos of their big day later this year.

IVORY PEARL WEDDING INVITATIONS

This weekend will be devoted to working on a commission for a bride and groom. I was asked to design 100 wedding invitations, and here is an image of the mock-up. The final invitations will be printed on a beautiful Oyster Pearl card with silver foil text. Each invite will be finished with a single crystal stone on an ivory ribbon.

I will show you the finished result as soon as i have completed them. It should look really beautiful!

AN ELEGANT WEDDING THEME

It's been a busy few weeks with designing wedding invitations for a friend and creating lot's of gorgeous wedding ring pillow commissions. Wedding season is creeping upon us once again, which means i must stock take my materials before it gets manic.

Here is a snippet of a Cream Primrose Wedding Ring Pillow, which i designed for a Malaysian wedding. There wedding theme is a classic and sophisticated cream with a hint of grey. We opted or a cream wedding ring pillow to complement the accessories and wedding invitations. Simple and elegant.

ALL IN WHITE

I recently designed these two all in white Waterlily Wedding Ring Pillows for a bride and groom, and i couldn't resist featuring them.

The 'His' and 'Her's' ring pillows will look gorgeous on their special day!

SPARKLE IN GOLD

My final commission before my Christmas break was perfectly in-keeping with the Christmas festivities, with this beautiful Gold Waterlily wedding ring pillow.

The wedding theme  was based around gold and ivory, so the glamourous metallic gold ring pillow complemented just beautifully!

THE WONDERER RETURNS

I'm back from abroad, and what a difference 3 weeks makes.

Even after a mammoth 1800 mile trek across Australia, and 34 hours of air travel, i'm ready to get back into the swing of work life. Thank you all for being patient whilst i was away. I'm now back in the studio ready and raring to go!

BIRTHDAY

It's my 32nd birthday today!

I usually shy away from mentioning my birthday, but after receiving a really beautiful bouquet of flowers and a delicious box of chocolates this morning (which have now all disappeared...how did that happen?!) i couldn't resist featuring them. My mum and i treated ourselves to a tasty lunch in Broadway, and i shopped for a few ingredients for my birthday meal at the sweetest delicatessens. I just love that place. Now for the best bit....baking!

I'm taking a trip to Australia on the 28th October for a mini break. Oh yes, i really am so excited!

BURGUNDY AND IVORY WEDDING

This is my most recent wedding ring pillow commission featuring an all Ivory Primrose with a hint of burgundy as the underlay petals. How clean, elegant and fabulous it looks against shades of pink, cream, and ivory to lift. It really is such a lovely colour combination for a wedding.

HOT PINK AND TAUPE WEDDING

I was busy last week creating lots of new wedding ring pillows commissions, including this striking Hot Pink Waterlily on Taupe Ring Pillow, which i love! The two hues complement so well, and look really striking as a wedding theme.
